Life is good. I expect and welcome the surprises that lie just beyond each new turn in the road. In the meantime my goal is to remember that life is now, today - not next week, or next month, or next year. Its not that I live my life arbitrarily. I plan for the right things like professional development, great vacations and financial security. But as much as Im able, I want to make time in my day for "real" life, like a 10-minute chat with one of my very cool neighbors, sitting with my niece and nephew and reading a book, or walking through the park with someone special - the list is potentially endless. I hate to compartmentalize who I am. In some ways Im very typical, and in other ways theres nothing typical about me. I like the usual things and even some of the unusual. Im healthy, curious, well-educated, love my family and friends dearly, enjoy all kinds of physical activity and how I earn a living. I also love music and stimulating conversation, the outdoors and a great movie.
My match/friend:
My ideal match has the right combination of intellect and humor with a decent dose of sensitivity tossed in for good measure. Integrity is fundamental to her character. Shes eventually looking for a long-term relationship, but is pretty content with life as it is, and can patiently wait for the right person to come along. Shes healthy and fit, enjoys a glass of wine from time to time, live music, and makes the most out of each new day. She appreciates that true living is measured by both the simple and the profound. She understands that there really isn’t just Seven Wonders of the World, but more like seven million. My ideal match, in a nutshell, smiled as she read my profile because she can relate pretty well to where Im coming from. So the question is, "Did you smile?"
